Browse through our web site, select the ORDER button on the item you wish to purchase and complete the online order form.
In some cases, you will be viewing products directly on the vendors’ sites. If you would like to order products from one of those vendors, simply click on our order form, fill it out, and submit it to us. We will contact you to complete the order.

In the case of UBU’s Live Designer, you will be re-directed to their design site, you will build your product, and you will check out directly with UBU. UBU will then let us know that you have placed an order with them.

Each order is personally reviewed by us. We will then call or email you with an order confirmation, pricing, proof info, payment options and delivery details.

Once you've signed off on the order, we will process it. NOTE: Orders will only be processed once your credit card is approved or your check has cleared.

Proofs are highly recommended, and in some cases our vendors require approval of fax proofs before an order can be completed. The cost of fax proofs vary by vendor. Proofs may be sent via email or fax.

 
         
 
 

We offer a wide selection of photo cards. If your photo is to be printed directly on the card, the you need to email your picture to orders@twinpapers.com. Please indicate in the email your name, email, and what item you are specifically ordering. A fax proof is required for all photo cards.

Picture requirements are as follows: JPEG or TIF file with a minimum of 150 dpi.

 
         
 
 

Full payment is due once you sign-off on your order. Twin Papers accepts Visa, MasterCard, or personal check. Orders will only be processed for printing once your credit card is approved or check has cleared. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments. Your order will be canceled if credit card is not authorized.

 
         
 
 

Once an order has been processed, cancellations are not permitted.

 
         
 
 

Twin Papers is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to NC addresses. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

 
         
 
 

Print production times can vary by vendor. Please allow a minimum of 7-14 business days. Products may be typeset, printed, and shipped directly from the vendors.
